Failure to respect these conditions will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the immediate expulsion of the lessee (s) from the rental property. There will be no reimbursement of rental fees and/or security deposits, as these monies will be forfeited to pay damages.
ALSO, THE LESSEE ACCEPTS THAT during the stay, maintenance staff perform its duties on the property for everyone's benefit or inside (in case of breakage, for ex.)

Our host was very accommodating she allowed us to check in earlier. The apartments were exactly like the photos displayed and were very clean. They were equipped with just about anything you could need. The location was perfect, we just had to walk around the corner and we were in the midst of everything. Parking was convenient, right across the street, although we didn't have to use our vehicles at all. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you Johanne. Karen

Beautiful condo which is exactly as pictured! Had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect!

My name is bobby I traveled with my family from Toronto this was an amazing condo right in hart of old Quebec all major attraction / restaurant falls were closed by we got there earlier then check in time Annie (host) did a great job had condo ready and allows us to check in by 3 pm we had blast time this was 5 star experience

A great apartment in a fantastic location. We stayed here for two night (family of 4 + grandmother) and had a wonderful stay. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

Thank you so much for the accommodations this past weekend! Our hosts were at the door ready to greet us, and were one call away if we needed anything at all. The place was very nice, and in a great location for exploring old Quebec. Also, the market across the street was a great stop in the morning.
