This nice and bright room is in a newly decorated flat only ten minutes walk from Canary wharf or opposite All Saints station. So, it is most suitable for working/course trips in Canary Wharf or the City. Best transport links and 24 hr bus service. It is also very close to London Excel, the City airport and Stratford Village.

The room is in a shared maisonette flat. There another three rooms in the flat which has been just decorated thoroughly. The shared areas are the kitchen and bathroom.
Even though the property is by All saints DLR station, it is very quiet since it faces a green square on one side and bungalows on the other.

I do enjoy welcoming guests personally. Also, live in the area and am always within easy reach on the phone should there be any need for me to be contacted any time.

This is a purely residential neighbouhood but the local market is only two minutes away by the station. There's a supermarket, restaurant, discount shops, groceries, etc.

The flat, its appliances and furnishings are all brand new and hence, the ideal guest should be capable of treating it all with the due care. Also, with the due consideration to the other guests in terms of noise.

- All guests have keys to the flat and no one else is expected to call at the door. Guests are never expected to attend to it at all unless expecting a food order to be delivered of course. Rules against smoking are tight as guests are not welcome to smoke outside the front door either. So, smokers need not inquiry. As pointed above, basic manners and consideration are expected in terms of noise as the flat should be in a sleeping mode between 23 hours and 08 hours. This means noise kept to a minimum during this time. Also, the shared areas are kept immaculately clean for all to enjoy so, guests are expected to leave any area as clean and tidy as found. The kitchen can certainly be used for all its purposes except for cooking meat. If this is to be consumed, it should be bought already prepared. Environmental awareness is expected too as the flat operates a green policy in all aspects. Everything should be left turned/switched off when leaving the flat. Also, all waste should be separated into two different bags, one for recycling and another one for composting. We are very lucky that we can place all recyclables in the same bag so, the only thing to separate is the compostable stuff. There's a small bin in the bathroom for hygiene materials like cotton buds and feminine care. Strictly no blue tag nor tape on the walls, this may only be done on the wardrobe or the back of the room's door.

Angel was kind enough to accept a late checkin at 9pm. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed me to cut my daily spendings by cooking at the apartment. Angel himself was very responsive and caring. One day the internet went down and the ISP said it would take 2 weeks to send someone. By the end of the day Angel had a new connection setup from a different provider.

The room was as advertised and Angel was lovely. He was friendly and made sure that the place was kept clean.

I stayed at Angel's for 10 weeks. He was the most accommodating host I met ! Whenever you needed help, he will be just a text away. As he didn't live in the house, he came around every week to clean it. The room might be small but for me it was the perfect size :) I didn't feel bothered about the size or anything. The house in general was clean and quiet. It's located really close to the DRL All Saints (3-5 min walk) or you could walk to canary wharf in about 15 mins. It's also located near lots of supermarket, (tesco, a Chinese supermarket and Iceland) and restaurants ! So if you don't cook, there's always options to eat out :) I would definitely recommend this !

My arrival eas very easy, Angel gave me his mobile number and I called him half an our before I arrived at the flat. He was lready there, when I arrived. I had to wait 5 minutes, because he hasn't finished the cleandown. All the flat was very clean and nice. He was very friendly and helpful. Once the toilet was chocked and he came on the next day. The flat(in Poplar) is very good located, it's only about 25min to Bank(by DLR, including a short walk), which is a central place in London, where you can start a walk though London, or using the underground. There are a few small supermarkets and shops nearby and Canary Wharf is only a 10-15min walk or 5min ride (by DLR) away. There is a nice street market in walk distance(about 5mins) and the area is very quiet. The flat is modern furnished and has also a nice kitchen. Unfortunately the windows are not completly close, but the radiators are very good, so it's warm all the time. The bed in my room was very nice and comfortable and there was an extra blanket provided. I would stay again in Angel's flat.
