A quiet high quality apartment with a large shared pool less than i minute away but not noisily close. 20 minutes walk to the sea (3-4 in the car), within easy reach of Spain's famous tourist cities Cordoba, Granada etc. Ideal for beach (& Golfers). Secure private underground, Wifi, TV, large balcony + sea views.

L'alloggio

Marina de la Alcaidesa is a development set on 7 miles of sandy beach, uncrowded and with just a handful of bars and restaurants, with lots of restaurants and bars a short drive away. The apartment is fully equipped with a utility room with washing machine, a kitchen with Miele appliances, dish washer, oven, hob, toaster, fridge freezer etc.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the master leading onto the large balcony which is also accessed from the large living/dining room.

I've decorated it with bright sunny furniture, a very comfy leather sofa, large reading chair, and a large dining table on the balcony with a sun lounger!

I wanted a peaceful and cosy space and the views from the balcony are down to the sea, all south facing. So apart from being homey its also a fantastic location from which to explore the area and region.

Accesso ospiti

As I do not live at the apartment you have the whole space to yourself. I restrict lettings to 5 people although it theoretically sleeps six. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a single which makes into a double. There is also a separate camp bed. The sofa in the living room could sleep two but I restrict the apartment to 5 for comfort. So there are lots of options for how the space can be used bed-wise. The flat is accessed either from the road, through a security gate, or from the private car parking underground, where guests have exclusive use of space 3, and take the lift or stairs up one level. So if you have mobility problems it is still OK but not ideal for wheelchair but probably possible as the door are also wide.

I do not live nearby, by the letting agent lives in the next village and will meet you at the time you arrange and meet you again when you leave to collects the keys. She speaks Spanish and English fluently.

Altre cose da evidenziare

The water is very hot, so take care, and please take extra care with the marble floors in the bathrooms which get extremely slippery when wet.

There is good wifi and a wide choice of TV channels, although the signal isn't good for TV in the whole area.

I've furnished the apartment for adult use. You can smoke on the balcony but not inside the apartment. Sorry - no pets. Please tie the curtains back when going in and out onto the balcony to avoid falling or tripping.

Un très bon endroit pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine. Nous avons apprécié les deux salles de bains. Ronda, Gibraltar sont à visiter

I like to make nice homes and creating Casa Onditas was fun and I hope you like it too. The area has a great atmosphere, and I chose it because it is surrounded by interesting places to visit. After a career in the leisure industry and management consulting I am heading towards semi retirement, have three grown up children and I enjoy cooking and travel and music.
