Descrizione

A recently built fully furnished and equipped, one bedroom ground floor annexe with an off street parking space and unrestricted on road parking opposite. 1.5 miles from the Oxford Business Park and less than 2 miles from Oxford City Centre.

The accommodation comprises: Open plan kitchen, living room with sofa, dining table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and electric hob, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. Television with freeview, Wifi. Double bedroom and a fully fitted shower room.

The agent will be on hand for any questions during your stay.

Rose Hill is situated to the South of Oxford City Centre within easy access of the Oxford Ring Road for onward routes to A34 and M4 and M40 road network. Buses run frequently to the City centre and there is a 24 hour coach service to London from Headington.
Oxford is famous for its Universities, its architecture and the beautiful countryside which surrounds the City, all of which can be easily explored from this location.

There are a range of local shops and cafes nearby and Cowley Shopping Centre with Sainsburys supermarket is within 1 mile. There is a bus stop opposite for buses into Oxford City Centre.

This is a beautifully prepared and equipped annexe, which offers privacy and comfort. It's perfectly placed for local amenities (including a large Co-Op) and opposite a bus stop that takes you into Oxford City centre within 15 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a few days away.

The apartment is in a great location for getting easily into Oxford and there's a Co-op store across the road. It's on a main road but there was no traffic noise because the Annexe is well set back behind the main house. Everything was high quality and clean, just as described. Nick was very responsive and we would recommend this place as very convenient for Oxford sightseeing.

Quite comfortable little place with a full kitchen. Little difficult to locate initially, but we found our way around once there. Good value.

Will answer the most obvious question first - would we stay at Nick's place again and would we recommend it. The answer is a resounding YES. We arrived at Heathrow from Australia at 6:30am. and Nick had very generously allowed us to leave our luggage at his apartment until after the cleaners had been and we could move in. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos - clean and modern. There is a main bedroom, a shower, a kitchen and a lounge room, all immaculately clean. We had loads of luggage as we are touring for almost seven weeks and even with this all spread out there was plenty of room. There is a bus stop go into and out of the city centre basically right at the door with convenience shops across the road and a large Sainsbury's about a ten minute walk. By bus , you are a comfortable 1p0 minute ride into the centre of Oxford and buses come on a very regular basis. We really enjoyed our stay in this recently refurbished/built annexxe. Th place was clean and equipped with everything one might need and is only 10-15 min from the city center. We wanted to extend our stay for few more days but unfortunatelly the place was unavailable. Definitely would recommend to everyone.
