Hip, modern, cozy, comfy, and new in Mammoth? Believe it! Both romantic and fun, yet great for families. The townhouse boasts vaulted ceilings, pellet stove, rad kitchen, natural light galore, and gorgeous bedrooms.
The complex is centrally located (a five-minute walk from Vons) and has a pool (unheated), hot tub, sauna, and two barbecue grills.
Don't want to drive? The bus stop is 100 feet from the condo.
Keyless entry ensures that members of your party can come and go with ease.
We listed the place last winter after a full remodel that was completed in late December. New inside and out, from the kitchen to the living space and bedrooms, we have a season under our [Gore-Tex] belts. Can't wait for you and your party to experience one of the funnest
(yeah, we know that' most grammar geeks think this is not a word) spots in Mammoth. Beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, you'll have a tough time finding a better spot in Mammoth Lakes. You definitely won't find one in our awesome complex, Woodlands.

We'll be able to provide local knowledge. I'm a former full-time, Mammoth resident. I still spend more than 50% of the year here. I know the town, the area, and the ski hill inside and out.
A journalist by trade, I've also written extensively about Mammoth. If you have questions, we have answers.
Altre cose da evidenziare
The water heater is new, but only 50 gallons. So, if you and your fellow guests like to take [drought-hating] long showers, all within the same hour, this isn't the townhouse for you.
No dogs. Six people max. If you arrive with more people than you listed on your reservation request or with a dog, there's a $200/night fine per infraction. We're firm on this. You would be too if you'd been through what we've been through.
We're all about the golden rule. Treat our home, the way you'd treat your own. Unless you live in a frat house/party shack. In that case, please find more suitable accommodations. :)
No smoking. That goes for in the house and on the wooden deck. $250 for violations.
No pets. No exceptions. Sorry. $500 fine for violations.
And no commercial filming/video/photography. $1,000 for violations.
Please leave your shoes at the entry. Thanks for reading. You're going to have a great trip!
And we hate to have to do this, but one nightmare guest and dozens of his closest friends forced our hand on what we call the [drumroll, please]
The Thru-Hiker Fineprint
Definition of a party: any event with more than eight people. Events larger than eight people require pre-approval.
No sleeping on the deck outside. Ever. $250 per violation.
If your drunken friend[s] passout on grounds surrounding the condo, you'll pay a fine of $100 per person, per night.
If you take or lose our pool key there's a $50 replacement fee.
If you consume just about everything in our fridge, pantry, and freezer, you'll be charged for replacement. If you're cooking for you and your registered guests, this won't be a problem. Our sole problem was when a guest stayed for six nights and had daily dinner parties for 12+ people per night.
I live in Mammoth Lakes, the best ski town in the land. I'm a former journalist turned marketing geek. I love bikes, animals and snowboarding. I'm really laid back but show my east colors regularly.
