Private carriage house 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment fully furnished with private entrance, full kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer and balcony in walkable neighborhood close to transit.
This 700 square foot apartment is all yours. We live in the main house on the property and are pleased to have you as our guest.
The carriage is located over our detached garage with a private entrance off the alley. A code will be provided for the keypad lock once the reservation is confirmed. Contact or if you have any issues with receiving or using the code.

Our Carriage House is located in the Eastbridge neighborhood of the Stapleton Redevelopment. This a a new neighborhood built on the former site of the Stapleton International Airport. The neighborhood has been developed according the new urbanism design principles with 1/3 of the land devoted to parks and open space. It is a great neighborhood for families, walking and bicycling. A regional recreation center with a pool and workout facilities is located 3 blocks away. The neighborhood also operates 6 outdoor pools in the summer months.

There is ample on street parking for personal vehicles. The apartment is located within 2 blocks of RTD Bus Route 89 that provides weekday hourly service between the Central Park Station and the Anschutz Medical Campus. We are located within 2 miles of both the Central Park and Peoria Stations that serve the A Line commuter rail between Denver International Airport and Downtown Denver. The Peoria Station also serves the I-225 light rail line (R Line) through Aurora in lat 2016. The closest highway access is I-70 at Havana Street. Uber and Lynx both operate in Denver along with a number of traditional taxi services. Stapleton is outside the Denver Car2Go home area, however, their cars are available at the nearby Central Park Station and Anschutz Medical Campus.

1.Smoking is NOT allowed. This includes cigarette and cigar smoking, vaping and marijuana smoking on the property.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person visiting the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6.Pets are NOT allowed.
7.Parking: No parking is permitted in the alley or garage. On street parking is allowed on residential streets including Fulton Street in accordance with city parking regulations. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels if you wish to use neighborhood pools in the summer months. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9.Fireplace and Grill: The fireplace is a vented natural gas unit. Please do not attempt to throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace or grill. Fireplace and grill must be turned off when guests are not in the unit. Grill must be attended at all times when in use.
10.Yard Access: Access to the back and side yards of 3182 Fulton Street is not included with the rental. Gates to the yard are alarmed and passage through the yard is only allowed with prior approval of the owners.
11.Neighbors: The unit is located in a close quarters urban neighborhood and immediately adjacent to the owner's home. Please be respectful of the neighbor's privacy and keep noise levels reasonable.
12.Storms : No refunds will be given for storms or road conditions. The owners may issue a partial refund at their discretion if the guest is unable to arrive on time due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e. cancelled flights, closed road, etc.)
