Newly renovated and perfectly located in Dolores Heights, steps away from the MUNI and within walking distance to the Mission, Castro and Noe Valley neighborhoods, this private garden view apartment will be your modern home away from home.

The studio was designed by Elevation Architects and has an open floor plan, clean white walls, polished concrete floors, radiant heating, large picture window and a glass wall, which opens onto a private deck with a bamboo garden view.
2-4 guests can be accommodated in a queen size bed as well as a convertible sofa (which can sleep one adult or two children.)
The custom kitchen and bathroom have stainless steel cabinets, Miele appliances and All-Clad cookware.
We are very conscientious and meticulous about our home. We only welcome guests, who will love and care for our space as we do. Please see House Manual and Rules.
You will have access to the entire studio and deck. The office is only available upon special request.
A little or a lot, it's up to you! We are happy to share our recommendations and invite you to join us for dinner. Or, we can just show you around the space and leave the key.
We are within walking distance to the Mission, Noe Valley, Castro neighborhood shops and restaurants including Whole Foods, Tartine Bakery, Bi-Rite Creamery and Delphina Pizza!
Great for Visiting Professionals, we are located 100 steps from the MUNI J Line (our light rail public transportation) which stops at the corner. This will take you to and from down town San Francisco in less than 10 minutes, Cal Train in 25 min and SFO Airport in less than an hour (if you'd like to avoid renting a car).
Only pre-approved guests may stay overnight.

The sofa is upholstered so very sensitive to dark dyed jeans, red wine and kids with food. We would greatly appreciate your avoiding any of the aforementioned in this area.
To convert it to a bed, first pull it away from the steel bookshelf. Push the back cushion forward, which will release the locking mechanism. This will allow you to lie everything flat.
Small dinner parties are welcomed and encouraged. However, absolutely NO parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior consent from us. No guests may stay overnight, which have not already been pre-approved. Doing so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

A foldable drying rack for dishes is located in the pull out drawer under the sink. The sink has a touch function. Just touch the faucet to turn it off and on.
This is a wetroom. Please squeegee the floor after showering for your comfort and safety. The toilet paper is stored in the stainless steel canister under the sink. The sink has a touch function. Just touch the faucet to turn it off and on.
To open the wall, first open the door on the right. Then, trun fthe lever located on the left panel and gently push forward. To close, first pull the handle on the left panel towards you and lock it by re-engaging the lever. Then close the door on the right.
Please feel free to use any of the spices, condiments, oils, or dry goods in the kitchen. However, if you use something up, please replace it or let us know what needs to be replaced.
We understand that accidents happen, please notify us of any items that may have been lost or damaged during your stay.

Before checking out, the studio should be restored to the condition in which you found it; kitchen counters cleared, dishes washed and put away, bed should be stripped and used linens should be removed and placed in the hamper which is located in the bathroom.
The key/s can be left in the wooden bowl on the dining table and the door closed securely hehind you.
