La casa fu costruita intorno al 1880 ed è appena stata completamente rinnovata. È un quartiere amichevole, con vari negozi, bar e ristoranti. Canali, edifici storici e musei si trovano a un tiro di schioppo. Per serate rilassanti vi forniamo per esempio Netflix.
