You will join a small class of people at an outdoor gym based in Panathenaic Stadium. The class starts with running warm-up across the Stadium followed by some push-ups and air squats to increase the heart rate a little bit. After this intro, the workout can be adapted to the group. We can learn the basic Calisthenic movements (pull-ups, dips, rope-climbs etc.) and combine them with some…
