We'll start off by meeting just outside Roy Thompson Hall centrally located at David Pecaut Square (King W and Simcoe St). A quick meet and greet and a light jog over to Canoe Landing Park where a beautiful view of the city skyline, lake and CN Tower awaits. Here is a state of the art turf field which is always open to the public. We'll go through a full professional athlete style stretch and warm…

1. Meet at the David Pecaut Square Sign, centrally located on King W. 2. Light jog to Canoe Landing Park. Chance to take in the beautiful views. 3. Full professional athlete warm up and stretch. 4. Continue on to the Lakeshore where a short jog will take us too a green space lookout looking back at the city. Amazing views as the sun reflects back off the buildings and the lake. 5. Jog/Walk back to the city centre.
