With the intention to help you feel energised, elevated, restored, and ready for the day, I will show you from my point of view what meditation is. You'll expand your outlook by learning new ways to alleviate anxiety and reduce stress. We'll walk and stop throughout a London hidden garden or park nearby. I'll give small tips about meditation... so we will move on your meditation. Then we will…

We'll walk a bit. Please avoid bringing heavy bags and valuables. Wear comfortable clothes and prepare to be outside! Dress according to the weather. Be ready to move your body in new ways!

Cosa portare

warm clothes, either a yoga mat, a soft cushion or a small folding chair to seat on the ground.

Dove ti troverai

We'll be in a beautiful London park or an hidden garden amidst the trees tucked away from the hustle and bustle that is London. You'll discover one of my favorite spots of the city park or garden. :-)
