French Nutritional Therapist and South African chef Natalie, invites you for a fun FARM-TO-FORK creative cooking class, showcasing MediterrAsian diet. In this interactive and fun class, you will have the opportunity to ask all the nutrition questions you have always wanted to know. The dishes that you will cook could include Thai green curry with aromatic coconut rice, Indian spiced lentil meatballs, rainbow summer rolls with spicy peanut lime sauce, chocolate mud cake, and other delicious dishes that will leave you with a spring in your step and feeling like the energizer bunny. The class regroups in Sego's kitchen, to cook three of Natalie and Sego's favourite dishes from scratch. In addition to the tapas dishes we'll cook together, you'll have two more courses and some drinks to round out the meal! You will learn the fundamentals of creating delicious and simple dishes with nutritious and seasonal ingredients. Please feel free to bring wine/beer/any other alcoholic beverage (we don't have a liquor licence) to enjoy during the culinary experience.

I'm a keen traveller and have been sharing my food culture with others for years, and through this, connecting with people like Natalie, our enthusiastic chef who worked under Reuben Riffel, a South African award-winning chef. Together, we have been experimenting with new recipes and have incorporated many dishes from other cultures in our cuisine. As a Nutritional Therapist, my nutrition beliefs revolve around the thought that food and eating should be an enjoyable experience that support real health for life.

Dove ti troverai
The hands-on cooking lesson takes place in Sego's kitchen. Healthy cooking has never been so delicious! We will prepare a full spread and then share a meal peppered with stories of past and present. The ambiance is always fun and relaxed. Please bring your own wine/beer etc. to enjoy during your culinary experience as we don't have a liquor license. Transportation needs to be arranged by the client. Note: Uber is very well used in Cape Town.
