Cosa farete
- Welcome and Greet, know each other
- Brief intro. of Chinese Tim Sum, and share the written receipt
- Filling: Tutor to show participates what is inside of the filling
- Dough: Everyone use a rolling pole to roll the dough into small, thin and round pieces
- Wrap: Everyone place the filling in the middle of the flat dough and slowly wrap around it.
- Steam: While steaming, severed with a cup of Chinese tea, share more info/stories behind the dumplings.
- Enjoy Baozi! Group photos!

A foodie, a homemade food lover, a Shanghainese with a Chinese stomach but not that bold enough to have a bit of "Sichuan rabbit head" (a local specialty indeed)...
Years ago studied in Austria, everything is fine except longing for a taste of Chinese Tim Sum, Baozi is one of my favorite, especially enjoying the moment the scent comes out when open up the steamer. hmmm, yummy!
