We shall take inspiration from the colourful mosaics to gather design ideas to translate into our printed textiles. Back in the studio let me show you how to translate your design onto a silk screen ready for printing. While the screens dry we can enjoy a wonderful local lunch: using local ingredients and products typical of this authentic Italian village. Revived by lunch you will print your Mosiac based designs and learn how to fix the colour on your new fabric....we will be printing on to a beautiful linen cloth : the weight of the cloth and the size of the print lend themselves perfectly to be made in to a cushion cover: the perfect souvenir of your trip and experience. Note - this experience will go ahead even with one participant if you are ok with that.
