Cosa farete

Spend the day recharging your mind, body, and soul. This immersive wellbeing experience emerges as a result of the last 20 years of working on my self and empowering others. We'll start with a meditation in the famous Parnell Rose Gardens, where a little silence and stillness will provide the perfect backdrop for the day. After that, we'll reconnect with the body with a Yin yoga practice. The remainder of the day will be spent around Dove Myer Robinson Park enjoying views of the Sky Tower, Judge's Bay, and Rangitoto Island. You'll participate in individual practices, as well as paired and group activities (depending on group size) that reshape the way you understand health and wellbeing. Utilizing techniques and practices I've learned from teachers around the world, you'll begin building the foundation of self-awareness, which is critical to cultivating inner wellbeing, allowing authentic change, and maintaining harmonious relationships. We'll end our day with a nourishing smoothie at the iconic Parnell cafe, Rosie's. As a gift, you'll also receive a FREE copy of my book, Million Ways to Live. Hi. My name is Luke. I’m a Wellbeing Coach and Somatic Therapist committed to working with and helping others. Wellbeing Coaching is about empowering you to make productive changes in your life. I work within the unique physical, mental, and emotional contexts of an individual, but pays particular attention to working through mental and emotional blocks that keep people from living a life full of health, vitality, and happiness. I’ve learned that the only thing that gets in the way of – well pretty much everything – is the mind, so I now help people empower themselves to live more meaningful lives via movement, lifestyle and mindfulness strategies.

The Parnell Rose Gardens contain over 5,000 roses which create a blaze of colour throughout summer and autumn. The walk we take will explore Dove Myer Robinson Park, where we'll have as spectacular views of Judge's Bay, the Auckland Sky Tower, and Rangitoto Island.
