Come paint away all of your stress in this guided meditative art experience. Your setting: surrounded by beautiful plants and waterfall sounds, only a ONE MINUTE WALK from the heart of Venice beach. This mindful art session by HeARTbreak Studios sets meditation and mindful awareness into motion through the act of creating, which is our method of bringing the chattering mind into stillness, letting stress release, and encouraging self-expression. This is a process focused approach, and does NOT emphasize or require any artistic skill or experience. Expect: guided meditations, breathwork, essential oils, calming music, acrylic painting and more! Let's meditate, create and feel great :) We have all the supplies you need, so just come as you are. You will be able to keep your 16'' x 20'' canvas, and able to purchase frames upon request.
