We will meet at a local spot for a quick bite to eat, where I will give you the program of the visit and give a brief introduction before the tour. Then I will take you to visit a selection of several must-see art gallery exhibitions in the famous Jordaan area. At each gallery, I will give you information about the artist and relevant background. Here you’ll have a chance to meet with curators and ask questions. You don't need to have any kind of art background to enjoy the experience. The focus is on accessibility and informal discussion throughout. We will explain the artworks in the current exhibition to make sure you leave the experience with a better understanding of contemporary art and how to approach it. I will encourage you to explore the galleries to freely experience the art work and festival at your own pace. Have some complimentary drinks, enjoy the music/performances, dance and mingle with the local creative scene during the festival At the end of the festival we will continue to meet at the after party nearby, where you can get with your own/public transport or by walking through a beautiful part of the old centre of the city.
