Cosa farete
We'll climb to the top of Bray Head. On our way down we'll take a "secret" route that will take us through woodland and introduce you to the less known side of the hill. We'll be learning how to identify commonly found wild ingredients and how to incorporate them into our diets and lives. The panorama, going up and coming down, is nothing short of spectacular!

For me foraging for wild ingredients is part of my life. Bray Head has been my playground for over 8 years. There's no other place where you want to be on a sunny morning or evening. The beauty of the hill and the sea are breathtaking and even in misty days a special mysterious atmosphere draws you to its slopes. I've climbed the hill at least one a month over the last few years so it has become like an old friend.

Bray Head is a world away from the city's hustle and bustle and it's also one of my favourite walking spots. Over the years exploring the hill I've found new and exciting paths to climb, as only a true local can.
