It’s time to get your hands dirty and learn how to make the best pizza dough. I live in southern Italy and food is part of our family traditions which I would love to share with you.
In this class I will teach you how to make pizzette fritte (fried pizza) and Panzerotti (fried stuffed calzoni dough) both from Naples in Southern Italy.
The class starts with a dough demonstration.
I will go through with you step by step the whole process of dough making and of course share with you my tips and secrets.
Then I will show you how to work the dough to make a nice round shape and how to put the toppings on top of the fried pizzas and inside the neapolitan panzerotti, giving you also suggestions about how to make the right tomato sauce for this recepie and the right cheese for the filling. I will then show you the best to fry them and then all you have to is enjoy eating them!
With this cooking class I want to share with you my knowledge of local dishes, culinarily traditions and my passion for food, giving also an insight on what is like to grow up and live in a southern Italy.
At the end of the class we will all be friends.

The cooking class with Federico was great fun and very informative. He went through the recipe step by step and answered any questions I had. The results are delicious and I have already made the fried pizza a few times. It has become a family favourite. I would definitely recommend you do this cooking class as it will also give you an insight into an Italians way of life.

Federico was fun and informative and his recipes are easy to follow and delicious to eat. I highly recommend this cooking experience as it will give you a chance to get to know local dishes and culture and to meet new friends.
