In our 75 minute Slow Flow Yoga class we start by settling in. Take time to notice how you are feeling, to take up all the sounds of nature around us en to maybe start quieting the mind. We then bring our focus to the breath and from there we will start moving. All levels are welcome and Biddy emphasizes the importance of finding a version of the poses that you are comfortable with. She will help you find your flow and will guide you through a deliberately slow class, leaving time to enjoy the movement, the scenery and the experience. After a full rounded practice of 60 minutes, you get the dessert of Yoga. Savasana like no other savasana, above the sea, to the sound of the waves and the seagulls, you will enjoy an extended relaxation. Giving your body time and opportunity to fully relax and for the mind to do the same. After Savasana you will have time to enjoy a refreshing lemon water and you find yourself at the perfect spot for you to enjoy the rest of your day. Surrounded by restaurants, the beach, many beach clubs and attractions like the Ferris Wheel and Zip line all within a few minutes walking distance.

When you come to the Pier, do not skip the chance to step on one of our yoga mats with me! I'm Biddy from Yoga Vayu. I am lucky to be able to offer you a unique experience! Whether you have never seen a yoga mat before or have been practicing for years, flowing together above the sea on our private terrace is good for every one! In our Slow Flow we take time to settle in, breathe and move consciously through a sequence while being aware of our surroundings, our body and our thoughts! The sounds of the sea and the seagulls, the sun on your face, it makes practicing yoga a wonderful experience!
