Cosa farete
Outdoor workshop on weeds in the farm and organic lunch all together. Know your garden weeds: how to recognise them, benefits and the use in recipes. We will explore the farm discovering weeds, we will collect them and then we will taste organic food done with theese weeds (pasta with nettles, omelette with some weeds, focaccia and, of course, local organic wine).

Francesca, Simona and I will guide the event. Francesca is the owner of the farm where we will explore local weeds. She changed her life moving from Rome to the little village of Gavignano Sabino just to live among nature and experience life in the countryside. She did some classes to learn about weeds and she update her skill each day just living and working there.

The experience will take place at Agriturismo Stella e il Grillo, an organic farm with a great view on Tevere river, with olive trees, a big garden, some animals (dogs, ducks and chickens) and a good fresh air.
