At the time Yumiko showes and explains all Japanese seasons and unique ingredients. Next you will make tamagoyaki or Japanese omelette. And then you make two different popular styles of sushi: nigirizushi and makizushi. You can learn some useful skills as well as sushi history. I bet you enjoy making sushi a lot! You can hold a sushi party at home after you go back home. ( We have vegetarian and vegan friendly menus as a kaiseki cuisine, too. We try to meet your needs as much as we can.
