I grew up on Mexican cuisine and culture on my father's side. After living with a European family for 11 years, I fell in love with their dishes and cooking techniques. I consider myself a duel chef in Mexican and Mediterranean food. I've been cheffing in Austin since 2014, creating food art at Juliet Ristorante, Vespaio Ristorante, Bufalina, Hotel San Jose, and Contigo.
