Early meet up and short briefing on the days shoot with a nice Malaysian simple drink. A short lecture on doing a photo essay on our assignment for the day. Explore the back streets and some of the most historical parts of Kuala Lumpur including the "River of Life"
Items to be discussed knowing your camera gear, how to see and shoot for a compelling shot. How to compose your images to tell a story when you post it on your social media. By the end of the 3 hours plus you will be able to compose and share your incredible sites and city scapes images of Kuala Lumpur.

I am a professional photographer from Seattle Washington living in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for the past 24 years as a photojournalist working for AP and AFP . With over 25 years of living and working as a photographer in Malaysia I will be able to take you to photograph where others have never been. My work has been published in USA Today, WSJ, Washington Post and many other international publications including Insight Guide books.

Photo assignments will be done in the areas of Petaling Street China town, Majid Jamek or India town and Buk River of life the old vintage train station for portrait photography if time permitting. Due to time and interests we will choose the appropriate destinations. If street food is your interest that can also be included if there is keen interests.
