Join me for a Thai picnic and pool party! We'll start by having some iced tea, then we’ll share a few of my favorite dishes family style. We’ll also make fresh spring rolls with herbs to pair with a homemade peanut sauce. Guests will have the option to choose Lao, Vietnamese, or Thai recipes. Vegan, vegetarian, keto, or gluten free diets can all be accommodated by request. In addition to the lunch, I’ll provide fresh fruit and three resort style pools and jacuzzis to enjoy at your leisure. Come eat, drink, socialize, and swim! During our time together you’ll hear about the work Courageous Kitchen, a 501c3, is doing in Thailand, teaching refugee youth how to cook. As always, proceeds from every meal will help go toward our Courageous Kitchen programming. Note: We will be eating for the first part of the experience, the last hour is intended for leisurely time.
