Cosa faremo

Classes are adjusted to participant's level In a 1hr class we will cover: * 5min warm up * Foundational tricks + Moves * We will put those tricks together to create a sequence on spin pole, with a chance to record a video/photos on your phone if you'd like to. *10min cool down

Cos'altro dovresti sapere

It is normal to be nervous if you are new to pole! I aim to create an environment that will make you feel comfortable when trying this new sport! Everyone walks away feeling awesome!

Cosa portare

Water Bottle
Sports Bra or Tank top
Dance shorts or Bikini bottoms (the shorter the better)
Grip or Tac if you have it - no worries if you do not!
